purple Wide collared knitted shawl- order

This wide collared knitted shawl is made especially for you from 3 strands of vintage yarn. The purple comes from Melbourne, the light colour from Sydney and the grey is dead stock zegna cashmere/merino. I designed the shawl with my dear sister in-law in mind. She needed to be wrapped in warmth and I gifted the first one to her. The shawl is made on a standard Singer 4.5mm machine in two pieces that are joined on the machine. The collar is then knitted to these pieces by rehanging the product and knitting the collar itself.  Once off the machine the shawl is hand finished, washed and steamed flat. The tag is applied and it is ready for your.
