Helter Skelter Beanie with Pom Pom

A chunky 12-ply wool beanie in the Helter Skelter pattern, topped with a pom pom and made by Fleurieu Made on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.

• Design: the Helter Skelter pattern is by Crafty Caz. It is a sequence of wrap and knit stitches worked over 36 rows to build a spiralling texture.
• How it's made: knitted on a Sentro machine, with each stitch of the pattern manipulated by hand.
• Fibre: 12-ply wool. The provenance of this yarn is unknown, which reflects the varied second-hand sources we work from.
• Finish: hand finished, washed and steamed before packing.
• Care: hand wash only.
