Fleurieu Made: Sustainable Knitwear Crafted with Artisanal Excellence

Fleurieu Made specialises in artisanal knitwear, meticulously designed to last a lifetime. Our pieces combine vintage yarns and age-old skills, reflecting a profound commitment to sustainable textiles. Founded in 2022 by Angelina Russo, our brand is deeply rooted in Angelina's Italian textile heritage together with 35 years of design experience.

Each item from Fleurieu Made is a testament to the skill and passion that go into locally manufactured knitwear on the Fleurieu Peninsula. We pride ourselves on using exclusively sourced vintage yarns, promoting a circular economy by minimising waste and enhancing ethical production.

Together with our knitwear, Fleurieu Made creates awareness and understanding of the problem of fast fashion and textile waste by building capability for artisanal skills, sustainable material supply and local manufacturing.

I was recently chosen as one of five brands chosen to represent the Australian Fashion Council at this year’s Fashion Instyle Expo in Hong Kong. 26 - 29 April 2025.
