Manufacturing and Shipping Policy for Fleurieu Made:
Manufacturing Timeframe:
At Fleurieu Made, we take pride in handcrafting each product with meticulous attention to detail. As our products are made to order, please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of order for manufacturing and shipping.
When you place your order we will confirm the colourway that you would like to have your products made in.
These colours are then matched to the yarns that we have in stock.
We then confirm the final colours and begin manufacture.
Once all of the items have been made, we will steam and label them, then pack and ship.
Shipping:
We offer shipping within Australia and internationally. Once your order is complete and ready to be shipped, we will send you a notification with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. All international shipping will be at standard rates unless express is specified and paid.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fleurieu Made purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We will be happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Returns: If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of contacting us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide further instructions for the exchange process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

As all our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture and finishing may occur. These imperfections are part of the unique quality of artisanal goods.
