A chunky poncho in tuck stitch, knitted from four strands of selected vintage wool held together, with a textured front and a smooth back. Designed and made by Fleurieu Made on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.
Size: 85 cm wide x 85 cm long.
Fibre: selected vintage wool, four strands knitted as one.
How it's made: knitted on a Singer 9mm chunky machine in two pieces that are joined during knitting, not sewn afterwards.
Finish: hand finished, washed and pressed. Tags are added by hand.
Repair: we mend what we make. If it wears, get in touch.

Buy the poncho on its own, or as part of a curated bundle using the bundle icon.
After checkout we contact you to settle your preferred colour, then blend yarns from our stock to make your piece.
We make within two weeks and ship directly to you.
We only use vintage yarns. If your colour is not in stock, we will try to source it second-hand. If we cannot find it, we will cancel and refund the order. You can also send us your own yarn (at least 60% natural fibre) and we will make a custom piece from it.
