Each shawl is knitted to order in the Fleurieu Made studio, combining precise machine work with hand-finished details.

• Size: 90 cm wide x 2 m long.
• Fibre: vintage yarns. The exact fibre mix varies by sourced yarn, always chosen for softness and durability.
• Weight: a medium-weight knit, with enough structure to hold the collar and enough drape to wrap comfortably.
• How it's made: knitted in two main pieces on a standard Singer 4.5mm machine and joined on the machine for a smooth, almost invisible seam. The collar is knitted on by rehanging the joined pieces, creating a generous fold that sits well worn open or wrapped.
• Fit: one size, wide through the back and shoulders, designed to sit over light layers, jackets and winter coats.
• Care: gentle hand wash in cool water with a wool-safe detergent. Press out excess water in a towel and dry flat in shade. Store folded, not hung, to keep the shape of the collar.
• Repair: a classic shape and robust construction, built to be repaired and re-loved over time. We mend what we make.
